AI Services
Our partners at CERTH have designed a bundle of AI-powered software services for video game developers. Our AI services include tools for:
- Digitizing real-world, historical objects to use in digital storytelling
- Adapting game content based on players’ interactions
- Enhancing the resolution of images and videos to obtain more details, for example by improving the resolution of a historical photograph
- Modifying the look of images and videos using references to a certain style, for example by applying a sepia filter to make an image look older
- Generating new textures for a 3D asset using a text prompt

Accessibility Software Development Kit
Our partners at ICS-FORTH have designed an Accessibility Software Development Kit (SDK), comprised of a suite of accessibility tools which can be applied by game players or integrated into game developers’ workflow. The main tools are:
- Assistive technology tools for players, including a magnification lens and recolouring tool
- Tools for developers to integrate accessibility features during game development. Developers can apply accessibility profiles to game scenes, which can be tailored to players with visual impairments (colour combinations, font sizes, and screen reader functionality) or players with motor impairments (scanning and special assistive devices).
